• At least one author must complete the registration for participation; otherwise, the paper will not be included in the presentation schedule and will be removed from the program.
• In case the registered author does not present the paper during the conference (No-Show), the paper will not be included in the conference proceedings.
• Registration for participation is binding
• Accompanying Persons are entitled to participate in the social events.
• Attendance at the technical sessions is limited to participants who have paid the registration fee under the Regular Participant or Student Participant categories. Accompanying Persons are not allowed to attend the technical sessions.
• Each Accompanying Person must be registered together with a Regular Participant who has completed the full registration payment. Accompanying Persons cannot be registered under Student Participant registrations.
• If an Accompanying Person is identified as attending any technical session, the Regular Participant registration category will apply, and the remaining amount required to reach the full Regular Participant fee must be paid immediately.
• Participation in the conference is only confirmed after the full registration fee payment has been received.
• The registration fees for each category are provided in the table below.

Note 1: The maximum length for each paper is four pages. Papers exceeding this limit will incur an additional charge of € 50 for each extra page.
Note 2: Each registered author is entitled to present up to two technical papers in oral and/or poster sessions. Should an author wish to present more than two technical papers, an additional fee of € 200 will be charged for each extra paper.
Visas for entry into Brazil are issued by Brazilian consulates abroad. Citizens of Mercosur member countries do not require a visa; only a valid passport or national identity document is required.
